Should I dye my hair…?

I just turned 13 and my hair is naturally black. I would like to dye it with Revlon Colorsilk Hair Color (46 Medium Golden Chesnut or Light Plum Brown). I have read some reviews online and they were all very good ratings. I’m not planning on dying my entire head, just a few streaks here and there.
