Revlon Translucent Powder

Does powder/mineral foundation need to be set with more powder?

I’ve only been using liquid foundations so far, so i have no clue.
If liquid and cream foundations need to be set with a translucent powder after application, does powder and/or mineral powder need to be set too?

ALSO,
is Revlon Colorstay good for going clubbing or dancing, or would you need to switch
Revlon Colorstay ACTIVE for that?
i mean, the first one does say STAY, and its supposed to last 16 hours…
do you really need to switch to the “active” one?

Yes I use mineral make up..I like it cuz it feel way lighter than liquid but you have to use a bit more for coverage..Yes i would recommend powder to set it!!!
