Revlon Sweatproof Makeup

I am desperate for makeup help!?

For some reason I have really bad undereye circles and must cover them everyday. But I find myself having to retouch them every hour because my makeup gets caky and looks extremely bad… I think it is my setting powder, or it could be my coverup as well.
I need a makeup that isn’t caky, but covers really well.
I have tried Bare Minerals, and I do not like it, also the in-store minerals by Laureal.
Right now I’m using Revlon color stay, sweatproof. With a mineral translucent powder.
I really do not know what to buy that will work for me.
I would say I have oily skin, if that helps….

First thing I would do is go to a dermatologist and speak to them about things you might be able to do to help your dark circles and improve the overall texture of your skin. Many times dark circles are hereditary and there is just nothing that can be done about it. I would recommend you spending a little more money on your coverup, there is no better investment than your face and this is one area where it is VERY obvious when you skimp. I would see about going to a department store and trying out some different products to see which one you like. Take a day, go to the store and put on some product. Walk around for an hour or two and see how it fares. Some brands I recommend for foundation are MAC, Bobby Brown and Prescriptives. I also have used a product from Benefit that is a brightening/highlighting stick. If you put that under your makeup it helps reflect the light and diminish the appearance of dark circles. If you are finding your makeup gets cakey from your finishing powder, perhaps try a formulation that is a liquid that has powder in it so it drys to a nice set finish without the cakey effect. Trial and error is the key with something like this.
In general make sure you are drinking lots of water, moisturizing twice a day with an appropriate moisturizer and taking your vitamins. Healthy skin creates the best pallet for your makeup to go on.

I just have to rant on a side note here… I hate when women come on here to try and sell their Mary Kay or Avon. These companies have mediocre makeup at best, and this girl is looking for a genuine solution to her problem, not someone to up their commision getting them just one step closer to a tacky pink car.
