Revlon Sweatproof Foundation

What is a good foundation for semi oily skin and prone to breakouts and flakiness?

I use Revlon sweatproof foundation. The foundation I have now makes my skin flaky and breakout. I want something that has SPF 15 (or more),mositurises, and maybe sweat proof?

I just bought Sonia Kashuk foundation, its at Target. It is one of the best foundations I have used yet.
