how to apply very pale pink lipstick?

I bought a very light shade of lipstick recently by revlon (it’s called silver city pink and it’s the super lustrous line):

you have to use a toothbrush to exfoliate your lips first.

then, apply concealer or a primer to your lips to stop the lines. plus, using the concealer will allow you to get that super light look the lip stick was made to do.

revlon isn’t the greatest quality lipstick, but it shouldn’t be that difficult to apply. i only keep my lipsticks for 8-10months- any more is too long
