Helen of Troy straightener review please?

I was thinking about buying this straightener and I wanted to know how good of a straightener it is, or if I should get the revlon smooth stay straighener instead.

It sucks. Like, a lot. Mine stopped working after like three months. The telephone number to call them is hardly ever open because the hours are on PST. It burned my hair and was overall pretty crappy. I would not recommend it. It definitely screwed up the ends of my hair. Instead, get a Remington. I got one of those after my Helen of Troy stopped working since it wasn’t worth paying the shipping to get a rebate. The Remington has a four year warranty and its only like $30-$35. Seriously, don’t get that one. It sucks.
