Smudge-proof eyeliner. Drugstore brand or Sephora?

I’ve been using Revlon Colorstay, and it has been smudging a little and I have to reapply pretty consistently.
I ran out today, should I in your opinion, spring for a more expensive brand at Sephora? Or are there any drugstore brands you could recommend? NOT Wet n Wild or NYC color.
