Revlon Primer Makeup

I need to make REALLLY. Help!

Okay so this is how I can make. I use "REVLON Lash Fantasy Waterproof" mascara and primer. [Sides] at the top of my eyelashes. [I primer to dry before applying mascara.] I will just end lash mascara for the bottom of my eyes. I then use the "Maybelline. Eyeliner through water. " Before I used to use my all. I wear mineral powder under my eyes and all over my face. The problem is when I get home from school and went to check on my face all the mascara and eyeliner to my eyes I'm not down south. It makes them All black eg. IM tired, I usually dont touch my eyes at all and it still happens. It looks really ugly and has just come out with washing up liquid.
