Make up HELP, Revlon versus Covergirl!!!?

Okay so I’ve been using Revlon Colorstay liquid foundation plus their colorstay compact powder on top for a while now but I’ve been noticing little bumps and the occasional blemish recently. I have little bumps all over then just plain zits every so often, (I’m 18 years old, female, living in california). By the way, what are these little bumps? ALL I want is bump free skin! So I decided I’d try Cover girl Clean foundation with their compact, but I dont know if it’ll stay on as long as revlon or if its even that good..HELP!!
I have normal skin and use Neutrogena facial products, cleanser, toner and moisturizer each morning and night.
What I DONT like about revlon is how sticky it feels during summer and how sometimes it isnt blended in as well as I’d like
BUT what I might not like about Cover girl clean is how it might have oil in it even if it says it doesnt and that the coverage wont last

The bumps could be a allergic reaction to the product and I think as long as you use a primer under your foundation and set it with powder it should last about the same length of time! As for the what the bumps are they cant be diagnosed over the internet so you should get it checked out by your dermatologist! Hope this helps
