Oily hair is not greasy .. Normal?

Recently, I received a greasy after just one day. .. While I've been close 3 full days out of a wash. I was using Revlon … outrageous, and I paint so I used shampoo and cream color. .. I try to use herbal essence. But I do not like the smell of .. I've been. Take it easy on the condition that I use in school. .. But my roots are so greasy. I was wondering if anyone has a better option for me to use a shampoo and cream. .. Should be a new color for me. Can not afford the expensive things at the store. .. And I live in Canada. .. I know you do not get all of the same product in Canada and the United States. Thankyou!
