I need a foundation for oily/ combination skin?

Only part I hate about summer: my nose/forehead become the most oily parts on my face. I didn’t even know they were oily till I got home yesterday and looked into the mirror and EW. My nose looked kinda wet from the oil HOw embarrasing right? plus I recently got bangs and my oily forehead causes them to get kinda nasty by the end of the day lol. my cheeks and chin arnt that oily tho, they lean more on the dry side. in fact when i put my makeup on it always looks dry no matter where I put it on.

should i try Revlon ColorStay for oily/combo skin? I dont have much money, 15$ to be exact. so if you have any other suggestion please tell me.
