Hair Dying Help ! Dying brown hair to black?

Help! I’m trying to dye my friend’s extensions. It’s human hair.
This is my third time trying to dye her hair. She has brown hair with reddish/black highlights. Any suggestions on how to dye it to jet black ? What dye? I tried dark and lovely & a revlon brand they both didn’t work. Please please help!! Any suggestions or tips are appreciated. Thanks(:

If they are really human hair, then they will easily dye from brown to black. There are many dishonest sellers out there who claim their human hair is 100% human hair. In fact it blended with synthetic hair, horse tail and camel hair (as gross as it sounds). I’m afraid because it may be cheap quality, or 100% synthetic (which sometimes can look and feel soft like human hair), it is not dying.

If it does not dye with what you’ve used already, then nothing else will work unless it is 100% remy human hair … Sorry for the bad news
