What’s the best eyeliner you’ve ever used?

Pretty much every day I use black eyeliner on my waterline, but unfortunately, most brands of eyeliner i’ve tried have come off by the end of the day, probably because of the moisture on my waterline. I’ve tried Revlon Colorstay, Maybelline Unstoppable Smudge-Proof, Wet&Wild (generic brand), and a couple others. What brand do you recommend me getting? thankss!

The best eyeliners I have ever used were MILANI liquify metallic eyeliner pencils, Covergirls liquify eyeliner pencils, Makeup forever aqua eyes eyeliner pencil( I think this is your best bet) and Stila Smudge pot eyeliner( except this is a gel eyeliner).
