Tightlining & eyeliners?

So I’ve just spent a good amount of time on
Yahoo answers trying to find the perfect liner
for my waterline.

Now, before you answer..
I’ve purchased all types of eyeliners, from drug
stores to department store ones.

So far in my eyeliner collection (pencil / cream)
I’ve purchased..
- Urban Decay 24/7 glide on pencil
- Revlon Color stay retractable pencil
- Maxx Factor retractable pencil
- Mac Fluid line
- Loreal HIP Khol eyeliner.
& probably more that I’m not remembering.

Every single one of these eyeliners are amazing for
my top lid, but they never seem to stay on my bottom
waterline or my upper waterline when I’m trying to
Tightline my eyes.

I wear contacts and my eyes tend to water a lot
so maybe there is no hope for me.. but I’m willing
to try ANYTHING.

my favorite LIQUID liner is actually Almay in Black black
I also heard that MAC has great eyeliner!

now this may be a little off subject
but, i don’t know if you have ever tried
Dior show mascara in Blackout?!?
and if so, do you have any reviews
is it good or not???
