Her eyeshadow is very sheer and clean looking, but it also has this sheen to it. Would anyone know if any companies produce this type? Max? Covergirl? Revlon? Also what kind of eyeshadows would these be, creme? Pigmented?
Good advice all, but not at all what I am looking for. I’m looking for eyeshadow that somehow looks glossy on the lids, not sparkly.

MAC cosmetics has the nicest eyeshadows, and in so many colors..
and you can try them on before you purchase them.

they’re a bit more pricey than covergirl and such, but its definitely worth it. :)
