What brush/applicator should you use to apply a cream eye shadow?

I bought a Revlon Illuminance Creme Shadow but ti didn’t come with a brush/applicator. I tried applying it with my finger but it’s difficult to get the shadow in the inner corners of my eyes that way. What’s the best kind of applicator to use for cream shadow?
ALSO, what’s the best kind of brush to use for regular powdery shadow? I have a L’Oreal eyeshadow (Wear Infinite Hollographic) and it always gets all creased for me in just 20 min. (Not long lasting at all!) It’s so frustrating that I’ve stopped using it. I’m wondering if it’s the shadow that’s the problem or the brush I’m using to apply it.

For cream eyeshadows, I just apply them with a concealer brush in the general shape that I want it then blend out the edges with a blending brush. With the L’Oreal eyeshadow, it’s not going to crease just because of the brush you’re using so you might want to put something underneath it to help it stay in place like an eyeshadow primer, concealer, or foundation.
