Revlon Blow Dryers

Hair dryers, tourmaline, ceramic, ionic.. what?

What is the different between all those different types of blow dryers?

I currently use a Revlon one that has negative ions or something in it? But It leaves my hair frizzy and poofy!

I have thin hair that I want straight when I blow dry it.. I don’t want it poofy or frizzy.. and anything that isn’t over 50$! I don’t have that kind of money to throw on a hair dryer at the moment.

Any advice would be helpful.. Thankyou.

Conair is one of the better cheapo brands, I’d recommend them. Tourmaline is good, makes your hair shiny. Use cold air before you turn off the dryer to seal the cuticle, and always blowdry with your head up (not upside down) and go from roots to ends with a large paddle brush. Blowdry hair in 4 sections, first around your neck (horizontal parts), then around the middle of your head, then the top portion, then bangs last. You don’t always have to be this picky with blowdrying, but this is what you can do to reduce frizz. You can get tourmaline-infused brushes at a hair salon, they are 10-20$ and worth it in my opinion.
