MAC has never been "free gift when you buy"?

I was wondering if the MAC had a "free gift when you buy" specials at their cosmetic counters in department Or shops like Lancome Clinique have (They usually have a $ 25 purchase, receive free gifts.) I do not think I've ever seen any Any MAC counter.
