Oily/Combination skin but very dry undereyes?

I have an oily t-zone and mildly dry cheeks; however, my under eye area is so dry that I can’t use concealer to cover my dark circles or it cakes/flakes. I use Estee Lauder Hydrabright under eye cream and have recently gone from applying it 2x daily, to 4x daily with no significant improvement.

Any suggestions on products, treatments, or changes in routine that will help with this? (And yes, I drink plenty of water.) Also, I’d be interested in any creamy concealers that, in your experience, go on particularly smooth under the eye.

*I have sensitive skin, so I prefer to avoid anything with very strong fragrances and obviously anything that will clog my pores. Thank you in advance.

You should try Clinique Moisture Surge Extract. It works amazingly for under eyes! Of course, it is fragrance free and works great. I strongly recommend it!
