Looking for a makeup product used for lip balm, cheek color, moisturizer, etc.?

I have a friend from England who has this product that comes in a small tube,. and it serves as lip balm (I believe it is lightly tinted), moisturizer, hand cream, and even cheek tint. I want to say it was a high end brand like Estee Lauder or Lancome but I "m not sure. of the exact brand … does anyone know what I'm talking about?
