Estee Lauder Double Wear Eyeliner

What’s an eyeliner that you would recommend?

I’m getting a new eyeliner soon and I want to know which ones are the best.
Any reccomendations are fine
no more than $18 though.
I really like eyeliner that glides smoothly on the waterline, really really black and smudges easily but doesn’t run. and also stays
I’m thinking of the Stila Kajal Eyeliner in onyx. Is that a good one?

These are the eyeliners I remember using:
Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Eye Pencil (pretty good)
Rimmel London Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Liner Pencil(ok)
N.Y.C Classic Brow & Liner Pencils (really bad, hated it.)
Oh yeah, I forgot to say, I’m looking for a pencil one.

as far as eyeliner goes

I liked the Stila Kajal eyeliner bit its similar to the Rimmel one. My FAVORITE eyeliner which I still wear to this day for 3 years running now is Make Up Forever Aqua Eyes… it does run @ $17 so its pretty close to your budget. Ive tried to use cheaper brands but I hate the bottom line smudging and looking like I had 2 black eyes… Make Up Forever Aqua Eyes was tested in both SHOP etc [my favorite and discontinued publication] and Allure i believe by both Swimmers and Hip Hop dancers and was rated #1 in both.

It doesnt smudge and comes in tons of beautiful colors. Its sold @ sephora.
