Any recomendations. Good foundation? xxx?

Ok soo … I have really pale skin color, even a black light for me sometimes. . I have dry skin, but it is also in place. (Combination skin) and I was willing to try basic and expensive. I also need a solid foundation last all day with good reason. . I use rimmel 16hr on the foundation now is good enough. But look caked on. I have tried also: maybelene Vichey airbrushed foundation No.17 Elizabeth Arden foundation rimmel compact side and another Few, and they crap any suggestions? BTW: I live in Ireland so not all could be here, but basic. link is good tnx!
