Help me with very dry skin. Lips and What To Do ??????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????

I only use this water called Cream. But I have very dry skin of my stomach and limbs, and especially under the knee area. I am about using Elizabeth Arden 5th Avenue Body Lotion. But I still really itch What do I do and why this happens? I have very dry lips so I could use a little lip balm. But still pretty sore. Why I do this and what can happen? PLEASE !!!!! Help IT 'S DRIVING ME MAD, and I can not EXZMA!
