Why burn my skin when moisturizers. Register or acne drug?

When I use moisturizer on my face after taking a shower or just burn it on that day. I've tried oil. Olay moisturizer with SPF, Elizabeth Arden and try one out. moisturizer Aveno Sensitive … my skin is burning and I use acne cream like Differn gel my skin feel. As firm and dry; Today I have the worst case of flaking . Yes, I am working I think my skin doctor asked. anyways many thanks in advance
