how to get rid of dark circles n lines under ur eyes?

i had dark circles around my eyes so to reduce it i started to use garnier eye cream but then lines started to appear so i stopped it.then i started to use revlon concealer bt it made worse so i try to use eye cream to reduce line and dark circle.i used product brand like sisley n really high brand like Elizabeth Arden which cost me like 75 GBP but then so many many lines started to appear so i completely stop using any eye gel or cream.please is there any way i can stop or reduce this lines and dark circles.I’m just 20 years old and already it look worse.i’ll be so grateful if anyone can help me with this.i’d prefer if there is homemade one than other chemical cosmetics but i’d like to hear both…………thanks….please help me
