When I used up my skin flakes. What are recommendations?

I do not have acne. I do have blackheads on my nose and I will say I have it. / Combination skin dry skin I see it. But when you are close to my skin flakes my nose. Will be exacerbated when I put on makeup I use a moisturizer at night and in the morning to help. flakes are gone, but only for a couple hours ago.
