Good foundation that won’t cause break-outs?

Hi all, I don’t have oily skin but lately make-up has caused me to break out, even my cheeks, where the skin is dry.

Does anybody know of a good department store foundation that doesn’t cause breakouts? Someone told me Clinique was good, but I needed opinions! Thank you!

Revlon colorstay liquid foundation has one for oily skin that doesnt cause breakouts!
