Clinique Brightening Powder

PLEASE HELP!My skin looks dry and dull?

this is what i do for my skin every morning:
Cleanse with Juice Organics brightening cleanser
Tone with Alba Botanics hibiscus toner
Moisturize with Juice Organics oil-free moisturizer
~wait 10 minutes for moisturizer to fully absorb~
apply smashbox photofinish primer light
then apply i light layer of Make Up Forever HD foundation on the uneven areas
apply a little Clinique concealer under my eyes
and then I apply a little powder to “set” then make up.
But after I do this, my face looks dry, dull, and “tight”. What am I doing wrong?? But by mid-afternoon, my face is super shiny! I just want my face to have a nice “glow” all day lol.
oh and in the afternoon i use clean and clear oil-blotting papers to minimize the shine.
So to repeat the question, how can I get a “glow” all day long?

Well, the make-up you are using is fine. However, it seems like you need a better moisturizer if your face is dry and tight after a bit. I recommend philosophy’s hope in a jar. It moisturizes your face and gives you a VERY nice rosey glow. I use it every day.
