Summer Makeover!?

I need a new look for summer!
Hair: Mid-Back Length, Long Layers, THICK, Deep Red, Tight Curls/ Somewhat Frizzy until i straighten it. Usually controllable, some days, not so much. Can you find me a manageable haircut that is cute, but not too short, i look terrible with short hair!
I also need to update my makeup routine: I am pale, freckly, and have mild breakouts once in a while, but usually clear skin. I have deep emerald green eyes with bright green centers. I usually use brown eyeliner, and brown mascara. I use a slightly sparkly light brown shadow all over my eyelids, then right at the base, near my lashes, dark brown to emphasize my eyes. I use a light pink blush, and clinique foundation, and lip gloss and that is it. most of my stuff comes from the drugstore because i don’t like to spend too much money on my makeup. my makeup routine can’t take too long. if you could help me get a new look for summer i would appreciate it! thanks so much! pictures are a great help btw
